I have watched video play through and video game theories more then actually playing them. I really like games with emotional stories and rpg games. I don’t like violent games and games with a lot of fighting. I know I am being a girly here but that’s my taste.
To the moon is that kind of a game. It’s story based game where there are two doctors who grant dying people their last wish by a machine through modifing memories. They literally change their memories and make their dream come true in their last memories as they leave the world. It’s a very emotional and heart touching game . It also has a sequel called Finding Paradise , this one has an even better story where the two doctors go to grant their next patient, a pilot, his last wish.
Immersive Story. “Pechka” is a story centered around the journey of the young man ‘Pyotr’ and the struggles and conflicts of the vanished country’s citizens. This is a game has a really great story surrounding war, nation, spying, death and love even though it’s not a love story there is presence of a love story with a unhappy ending. It’s main focus is the country that no longer exists now a part of Russia maybe.
I really like these kinds of emotional and story based games.
There’s also a game I liked very much called jekyll and hyde. It’s a game where a scientist turned himself into person with two personality one is bad and another is good. It’s also a story based game.
I love the Arkham night games! Awesome series. I just like Batman in general (it’s where my hidden nerd is)
The dark souls games are my favorite. It’s an rpg game with swords and magic. They are known to be very difficult games. It really teaches you to be patient, even if there is a lot of unfairness. If you are impatient or greedy, you will fail countless times. I don’t recommend this game if you get easily triggered when you fail multiple times.
