Technique 1 :bow_and_arrow:

Adopted from paradigm shift.

If you want to change a habit, shift the paradigm first by writing 100 times what you want to do.

Example : If you want to avoid autopilot mode whenever you are alone, write 100 times “If I am alone I read books” (if you like reading. Or else write whatever you want to do)

This worked for me twice. :pray:
