Because when I reinstall the app all past relapses, notes are gone.

I think it is backed up on Rewire Companion cloud server. On main counter screen, check Profile -> settings -> Backup & Restore.

As rowdy above there is an option to backup all your data. It is made opt in simply because backup up everyone’s data would increase server expense quite a bit.
