I’ve started NOFAP on october 2018 And during that time a have reached very very good period without porn And fapping…(longest was 505 days of HARDMODE)
Of course sometimes I’ve relapsed but MOSTLY without watching porn.
only like 3x Times with porn but i thought that Its pathetic…
During those 3 years i had only one short relationship And only few sex intercourses…
And during those years i was suppressing my sexuality…And completely avoiding IT…
Now i have i Girlfriend And we have sex almost every Day but I have a strong desire And Urge to watch porn…I’m Fighting IT but Its very difficult! do you Now why i have these urges for porn even though i have sex with my gf?
It could be the chaser effect, try to have a cold shower and work out if possible.
I have been doing both for last 2 And half years
