What’s the longest urge you’ve had? 
How long did you resist before it went away?
The longest I had was of 6-7 hours but I relapsed at the end of resisting it
I get hit on a daily bases with powerful urges. So powerful I can feel myself slipping. Bit I remember what I’m fighting for. I fight so I don’t not hurt those I love again because of this monster addiction. I remember what my girlfriend told me the last time I relapsed and don’t want her to feel that way again. I wear rubber bands on my wrist and snap them when I feel myself slipping.
