Put myself in an uncomfortable situation
Reading (at least 5 pages)
Listen to a podcast or an audiobook
Jogging
Reduce my smart phone usage and social media to 1 hour per day
Clean my room

Review my reasons to do No Fap
Day 4 of No fap

Not a very productive day but I’m experiencing some lack of motivation and I had to fight the urges for some time. Tomorrow we begin again, one step at a time.
