Modern life has turned us into sheep with no aim on our minds but gaining material goods, pleasure and comfort . From now on I’ll be trying to live a healthy life and to get rid of my addictions and to contribute positively in my community. I want your help my friends by holding me accountable.
Every day I’ll make a checklist of the actions I need to be taking and update it at the end of each day. Let’s take the red pill and make 2021 a great year.

I really like your idea brother, and you are absolutely right, modern life has turned a lot of people into sheeps (I call them sheeple) but we are not one of them. We chose to critically think and analysis anything before believing in anything blindly. Modern life tries to brainwash us through movies, news, mandatory government rules, most importantly through the norms of the society.

Why didn’t you workout?

I slept at About 1: 30 am because I couldn’t sleep and I began watching youtube videos so that was my mistake.
I didn’t run or workout because I was lazy, no excuses for me.

Things are not that good, I’ve not been following the schedule but I’m trying to get out of this depressed state. I read some of the book I’ll finish it now.
