@Vortexkicker bro, let me give u a brilliant idea. Instead of thinking slip up as a total loss, why not calculate days of streak in a whole month without slip up. You will get eg 25 days of progress, and just 5 days of slip up. Next month, you have a target to beat. This will improve your motivation and remove negative feelings. Your life will improve. Try this.

I relapsed alot since this began. My 4 day streak i just lost is the best I’ve gotten

Had 7 full PMO relapses this month.

Normally I would have relapsed 10 times by now.

I usually relapse 12 to 15 times a month. That has been normal for me.

Any tips you want to offer, go ahead.

A lot of pent up energy in your body I supposse. Sexual energy is great amount of fuel if used correctly. Calm a part of it by chanting names of the lord and by meditating. Exhaust a part of it by exercising . And transmute the rest by working your ass off(I mean whatever work u do, for me it is studying). Do it for a few days. Believe me this will work

Hasn’t been going easier for me they have won my thoughts. Like the many times I said im leaving and never left. The time is here im sorry but I quit. Maybe the new job I have will help me and who knows maybe find somebody. But I just can’t anymore I fought for months and no change thanks for everything guys. Maybe in the future I’ll be back. No worries bro… But maybe I can suggest you something different.

Quit porn. Just masturbate when you are overwhelmed by hormones. Try to increase the gap between masturbations. But don’t watch porn. This will reduce the guilt and help you focus on positive things.
With time you will get better. All you have to do is try your best. And don’t worry about slips. They happen. But we should always stand back up again.

Using gaps doesnt help. I tried it for a month. Didn’t help at all. Soon you will succumb. I used to think first I will stop porn, then reduce the frequency of fapping and then slowly abstain completely. Doesn’t help at all.

Well it depends on the person. We should never stop trying new ways to quit and figure out on our own if it works for us or not. What works for me may not work for you.

Streak matters because its the amount of time completed to being cured. Zero means I am back to the beginning of the healing process.

You can say that, but thinking you are back at zero is wrong. With each try, we make nofap as a stronger habit too. So we get better at least in theory and knowing what to expect.
