I think only proper match should be counted instead of practicing alone, if it happens then i have advantage since i play every sunday for 5 hours from 6am

Any time you spend playing sports counts as workout points. And yes, there is no cap on it.

Practice match, official match, doesn’t matter.

If it gets your legs burning, lungs pumping and body vigorously moving…it counts.

But If it doesn’t push you physically, don’t count it.

That’s 50 points in the bag.
