Just ended a 47 day streak today , Looking to post for some accountability to make sure i dont go back into old habbits . It will feel good to start a streak knowing i went that long and only relapsed once .Not all progress lost

Reflection: After this journey so far, I realized this is not only abt noFAP Journey but it is just a beginning.. when u do noFap? What activities you have to cope or cover after u do NoFap!
I noticed I subtitute my bad habit by exercise, learning language, meditate, etc. Something more useful..
