Guys I have to admit that I lost today. It was my fault. I couldnโt concentrate while studying and had a little peak. I have controlled myself for 6 hours and even went to the gym to stop thinking about anything. But after I came back home, I lost it for a little moment.. I threw my phone away, but it was too late.

- COLD SHOWERS are a needed

- Taking it relaxed, urges are good but I have to stay strong.
