Day 12 people. Days going pretty smooth. Yesterday I was alone for some time and suddenly a triggering ad came while watching tv. Controlled myself but was at the verge of escalation. Thabks to Lord for saving me. Its the third longest streak of my nofap journey. Have a good night people.
