I was feeling some urges since a few days, and in past whenever I had a longer streak it ended in a confusing manner. I was not able to judge what was the root cause behind it. From last few days, I was experiencing the same thing feeling stressful, thoughts about relapsing etc. I have always had this question how will I be free from PMO if I keep on relapsing this way? But this time something different happened! While checking telegram, I found an account which might have contained erotic content and it was just a few inches between my finger and the screen, still I refused. Never in the seven heavens would I have done it earlier. Many instances like that happened and then I realised that due to my past experience, I have picked up a behavioural pattern. Earlier, whenever I felt stressed, Iโll look at โ โ โ โ and masturbate quickly so that I donโt waste time and stress is also gone. This behaviour pattern has broken many big streaks of mine. It was thing that needed to be changed, because not only I kept relapsing but it affected me in other aspects of life too. Meditation has contributed immensely in stress management, I have been regularly meditating since December, 2023 (5-6 days a week). Today, I felt this urge and I immediately grabbed a pen and a paper and wrote whatever I was thinking and I felt relieved.

I am on day 26 today But I donโt know why today I donโt feel like doing anything, my mood is swinging a lot, sometimes motivated and sometimes demotivated. Please guys, if this has happened to you guys, please guide me.
