currently, probably work on stephen coveyโs 7 habits
I will start from December 1st
My habit: playing the piano at least for 15 minutes
I Know itโs not much but itโs because Iโm not finding time to practice cause I finish school everyday at 5 or 6 p.m
But I can always find 15 minutes to do that.
I want to stay consistent with habits
I want to start meditating
Thw issue is if i try to meditste for long time i cant be consistent
If i do for short period i dont feel like i have meditated
And due to this i dont even do it
So i would love ur suggestions
