I have still not shown signs of improvement.

I have no hobbies that I’m interested in.

I relapsed today and every Sunday Wednesday and Friday mornings are when my relapses happen.

When an urge comes, I immediately give in. I have nothing to do to distract me and if I do manage, the urge stays for hours until I give in.

My urges last for hours not minutes. This is why relapse happens every time.
