Mein 4:30 se 5 am ke beech uth jata hu, fir paani peeta hu. Fir thoda whatsapp pe nofap group check karta hu (ye subah nahi karna chahiye ). Fir japa meditation karta hu. Fir nahakar breakfast. Fir classes hoti hai yaan self study. Lunch 1:30 aur dinner 6:30 pe karta hu. Shaam ko ek baar fir nahata hu. Fir 9:40 pm tak so jata hu.
Waking up before 5, mulbandh on empty stomach, water (sometimes with amla), oil pulling, 30 pushups, Japa, Morning shower, Ghee just before breakfast, breakfast, studying, spiritual hearing, rewire and whatsapp, lunch, studying, evening bath, dinner, spiritual reading, sleep before 9:40 pm.
Aur aise mera din gujar jata hai.
