Starting again Day 0
It’s possible dude. A bit difficult, but you can actually separate your mind with the surroundings. As a practice, you may try to walk along a busy street, take some deep breaths, then start to observe the environment: notice the sounds, how many sounds can you hear? Notice the people around, what are they doing? What are their emotions? What clothes they wear? Notice if there are any smell. And then notice how you feel, what are your thoughts at the moment. Then you’ll find yourself in peace even in a busy street.
Even the outer environment is messy, even your inner environment is messy (emotions, thoughts, impulses), you can still reach a peaceful state of mind through observation. Through observation, your true self emerges, your true self is a blue sky, it remains peaceful no matter how chaotic the weather is below it. It just observes and at ease.

I’ve opted to delete the rewiring app and continue to access the forum via the web. Seeing that timer reminds me that you haven’t relapsed for a week, you should do it once. Living a ■■■■-free life is a habit, not a trend, hence it would be best for me to delete the app.
Hopefully, I’ll be regular in my diary starting next week.

I was going well but relapsed today. Socializing is really beneficial. If someone is struggling to keep up a 10-day streak, getting out and meeting new people will assist. fell on the fourteenth day. Day 0 once more

I keep failing after having streak of 5/7 days . Now I’m sick of it . No progress at all in these 7 month’s.
Maybe reflecting on what might be causing these setbacks and making adjustments accordingly can help. Is it stress, boredom or simply an automated instinct kicking in? If it’s stress or boredom, try making small progress each day and celebrate those wins to keep stress at bay. If it’s a habit or autopilot response, try removing the cues that lead to it.
You’re not alone in this, I’m here for you. Let’s keep pushing forward anyways.
Most of the time, though, it’s just boredom that leads me to start watching YouTube whenever I have some free time. And that makes me relapse.

I had an idea, or perhaps I should say a challenge, for myself. I’ll fast as much as I can since it helps me avoid anything and concentrate mostly on my work. 100 days clean = 100 days of fasting I’ll try to fast four times a week. Come on, let’s do it
Not feeling good I just had a brawl in street fight , even tho I didn’t take the beat . But I can avoided that , I lost my control in rage and slapped him hard .
