Yeah. Although hosting challenges is pretty much fun. Especially because as a host you need to keep yourself coming to the app and updating yourself. So you keep cutting down your laziness at least my some measure.

Actually I guess the talk fell apart. They said they will notify me but did not send an email for the second round. Maybe they got a PhD candidate or something.

Btw, college do hire professors on rotation basis, so it becomes more difficult to have a stable position

Actually I was in no rush for a job but my father lost his job recently. His factory is about to lay him off. So it falls down on me to support the house. That is why I applied and am still applying all over.
