Yeah, Office Hours count as Work. It keeps you productive and hence, you get points for it. But if you have a lunch break or you take a half-day leave or leave work early then only the period during which you work will be counted.

Can you define what type of meditation? I pray, would it be considered as meditation?
Suggestion: I think you should add another clause where if someone doesn’t relapse they would be awarded 5 points. (Lmao I’m trying to save my ■■■

Also, meditation actually means mindfulness exercises. But if prayer helps you become mindful even that will count as meditation. It is all what you define it to be.
