Tips to improve will power

Hey guys, i want some advice on how to improve my will power?

Meditation. Do regularly, by increasing timing everyday. It gives so much boost to willpower. When I started I had difficulty to sit evn 5 minutes. Now I can effortlessly meditate for 15 minutes atleast. Practise mindfulness meditation. It also helps to be in the moment to deal with urges when they come up.

I’ve read two fantastic books that deal with willpower:
1 The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal
2 Stick With It by Sean Young
The first book talks about nature of willpower, common traps and suggestions to strengthen willpower; the second gives 7 tips to enhance perseverance.

And meditation really helps! Meditation strengthens the prefrontal cortex, our ‘willpower muscle’. My nofap streak synchronizes with my meditation streak:)
