No offense brother. But just what I read in a book called easy peasy hack book by Alan Car. We either console ourselves that we don’t fap too much like somebody or we depress ourselves that we can’t be that guy who fap once in a blue moon but the truth is everyone is unique. There is no upper or lower limit. What matters is we fap or patiently endure. What is too much for me is too little for another person bcoz everyone physique Is unique.

Tbh this is the minimum average that I can remember for my own record. I only learned this act when I was about 15 already.
2011-2013
Two-three times in a week
2013-2014
Once- twice everyday
early 2015
Once in 3-4 days
late 2015- 2016
6-7 times a day
2016- mid 2017
9-10 times a day
mid 2017- 2018
Once-twice a day
2019
Once in 15-20 days
2020
Once in 7-10 days
2021 (so far)
Once in 4 days

Before joining here it was once in 3 days sometimes 2 days.
After joining 10 days avrage still its not intentional

Atleast once a day. Occasionally it would go up to 2 or 3. My highest in a day was 4 times. Never went above that. I’ve been conciously doing nofap since April last year. My highest streak as of now is 52days. I’ve had a 48 and a 40 days streak as well. Rest is all mediocre
