Hey, i wanna ask u guys, those who did no fap or are doing no fap… how much time it took to reboot urself from harmful effects of porn and fapping etc, means ur sexual health and brinhing back to normal life…
well it took me a year to finally reach 90 days consecutive. before that though i was using all cooky sorts of methods. It wasn’t until i joined groups in real life and revealed my secrets and shame that i could have freedom.
the behavior is an unconscious punishment on to your own self because of shame. rob the habit of its energy source by being honest with some1 you trust about what in your past gave you shame.
