Actually sometimes I forget to do exercise and pray…so I don’t want to skip these things… so made a category for these tasks…study is in normal category…and nothing more tasks in normal rasks…rest tasks are easy…

Tbh your first post is enough to clear the fog of attraction/sexual desires, i wanted to read that post since last month but my procrastination habit was stopping me, i will finish that in 3 days.

You were also like us you used to wake up at 9 am, but now at 4 am :fire::fire: . You are actually a machine, you have changed a lot since 2020 . That’s called a evolution . Great @_TIGER bhai :tada:.

Work in progress… I will post the gist of srimad bhagwad Geeta in my diary… If I left this forum after few years…a person can get a lot of knowledge.if I feel something bad , then I read my diary once .

Sirf day 1 se day 120 tak hi tension he uske bad tumhe kuch karna hi nhi auto system se sab kuch chalega… But ek negative thoughts kuch b kar sakta he isliye thoda savdhan rehna he…aur ek ek sec bhagwan ke aas pas rehna he pata nhi konsa ads ya trigger kab dimag ko kharab kar dega charo taraf negative thoughts hi he.
Tum suru karna chahte he to pehla simple rule follow kar sakte ho bht easy se ekdum perfect jese mene follow kiya tha…result thoda late me milega.

  1. first morning ke 4 5 ghante ekdum apne hath me rakho…altu faltu koe kam nhi kuch bhi hojaye utne ke bad apne routine ke upar focus…
    Subha ki timing sabse powerful he jo pura din kaise hoga decide karega…
  2. phir isme mahir hone ke bad tumhara focus jayega rat 7 baje se 10 baje tak iss time ko pura block karo ekdum apne hath me rahega jaise sochoge wesa hi hoga…koe distracted kam nhi karna . Itna karne ke liye tumhe kam se kam 8 9 mahine lagega…phir age ka rasta tum khud nikal loge…
    Aur bhai sabse simple tarika kisi bhi situation he tumhe solution nhi milta he to tum paper pen leke Beth jao…jo thoughts dimag me he jaldi jaldi likh do…youtube chrome ekdum bekar he sabka opinion tumhe milega lekin khud ka thinking develop nhi hosakta

Nofap me bhi mene ase kiya tha paper pen ka sahara…kya waqt tha 2019 :sweat_smile: me din me 2 2 bar relapse karta tha lekin likhta tha paper pe iske wajah se relapse hua…aur bhagwan ke aas pas hi rehna hamesha tab tumhe koe maya gher nhi sakta…
