Day #1

It is a very funny thing that there were days I was resistant to harshest of temptations. But the situation is stark lately

Im distracted, easily tempted and most importantly, not aware of what’s going on. Im not mindful of things that are destroying my existence.

To be honest, I have a very peaceful life right now. I have someone who cares for me more than them self and its mature thing to respect that care and not take it for granted.

So made a mindful decision to commit to NOFAP again.

Achievements today

Day #2

  • Real strength lies in resisting even littlest of temptations. And that’s what I did Today.

  • I haven’t been proud of myself so much lately. Yesterday while I was on YouTube, watching a random video, it struck me. The fundamentals of what makes a habit persist (or good ones for that matter). In order to make anything work, you need resistance more than persistence. Atleast initially.

  • The resistance to say no to that urge or temptation, that cup of tea or cake etc. I put myself into a position where I have failed miserably for last 6 months or so. ALONE IN MY ROOM. But today I wouldnt have it. Beat the urges. Im proud. Got a handle of my trigger after a long time.

  • Today I decided to get rid of few things that, didn’t add any value to my life. Its funny how little things control your life, or how I let them control me.
