Update : Tomorrow will be complete rest day
My training is sufficiently intense that even though I rested 12 hours last night today AND yesterday was a rest day, my muscles were still too tired, and I was not able to do my athletic drills nor sprint well.

So I will take an additional recovery day so that I can be more effective when I actually train again.
