In reality I donβt like this concept. OMAD is literally just opposite of my thinking. I think taking 3-4 meals a day with good macros and micros will help you to make a good health but in OMAD you have to take all macros and micros in one meal which is not good for mental health and most important for Gut health. However many people use this concept bcz they connects it to some spiritual things which I think is not good.
Health is Primary, Spirituality is Secondary.
