I read a book about beginners by Tom Vanderbilt. The joy and transformative power of lifelong learning is real. 
I want to dive deep into new beginnings and experience the journey of being a beginner again in pursuit of learning new skills, which highlights the importance of recognizing our abilities to learn again and adapt to new challenges as we grow into adults.

I’m having extreme fluctuations of emotions. Last couple of days have become extremely difficult for me. I thought of my current job as my dream job, but this job has kicked me into the oblivion about my choices as the behaviour and strictness of the colleagues and seniors are beyond comprehension. It seems like I thought of hell as a heaven and now that I’ve understodd that its a hell, all my motivation has died. I dont know what I’ll do now. Please pray for me and us. Sorry for saying something unrelated to the topic but i couldn’t help.

Hold on, keep on striving to be your best self, take the high road, remember that people at your job do not necessarily need to be your friend (often when people are unkind to you, it’s a projection of their own insecurities), keep yourself motivated by your future goals. Easier said than done, most likely, but I hope you’ll be alright.

I ask my future self to never find an excuse to capitulate to the temptation to fall back into self-destructive patterns. I accept the natural sexual energy in me: it can co-exist with my higher-consciousness and ideals. I believe the less I try too hard to satisfy desire, the more it is gòing to work in my favour, just like sailing in an ocean not trying too hard to fight against waves that will always come and go.

Today i’m reminded of how tough life is. Tough in the sense that most things are not a walk in the park and I will not generally be given the benefit of the doubt. I need to fight to prove myself worthy of respect and the attention of people. Right now I must swallow the bitter pill of truth that I fall short in many areas of my life. Seeing my inadequacy, especially when it is confirmed by everyone around me, is devastating. It is enough to destroy my spirit and cause me to give up hope. But I will focus on what is possible: I can survive this time of hardship. Let’s keep fighting the good fight!
