Urges are dominant. Whenever these come, they are stronger. At first month of nofap, with time, the urges decrease in number but increase in strength imo. I am facing stronger urges sometimes which were lot easier to tackle a week ago even if i face one or two at most daily. Is it normal or something only I’m getting?
