It feels good to be on the right path, even when faced with relentless temptations and unnerving doubt. My resistance is slowly building up, and I’m trying every day to strengthen my defenses against external attacks so that they never breach the walls of my consciousness before they are fought and destroyed. I want to have an utterly indestructible defense of my mind so that PMO is no longer something I worry about. I will have normal urges (as opposed to addiction-induced urges) that healthy coping strategies can deal with easily.
