STAY ALERT, WARRIORS!
In the first 21 days of nofap, there are 5 noticeable hurdle days that both Iâve noticed and Iâve noticed in others as well:
- Day 2
- Day 4
- Day 6/7
- Day 14
- Day 19
Day 2 is obvious, itâs because of the chaser effect
Day 4 is the last dance or the death throes of the chaser effect. Usually people who get urges on day 2 and sometimes edge or watch questionable content on day 2 end up relapsing on day 4.
Now coming to days 6 and 7, here the testosterone levels suddenly sky-rocket. They reach 145% of normal, and this comes with increase in urges. A LOT. Maybe not for all. But definitely for some. So be careful, warriors. And keep going.
Day 14 and Day 19 the danger is complacency. You let your guard down. A subtle slip here and there. Results in a relapse.

Around 18 days is what it takes to form the average habit. In this case, breaking the vicious cycle of PMO. Around 18-21 days youâre pretty much free from the mental shackles of PMO as well. After 21 days it requires more intentional gazing or significant pressure or stress to relapse.
But the goal is to keep improving as a person and find better ways to cope with stress like meditation and exercise by then.

NNN day 4 and day 5.
I appeared at 11 job exams and appeared at the viva in 5 of them. Top 5% are given chances to appear at the viva voce. I relapsed at the night before the viva date except one. I also failed on all of the viva i faced except the one i didnt relapse. Yesterday got the news of me getting selected for the job. People, I know that Iâm not invulnerable but untill i die, Iâll always be against masturbation. No pmo is absolutely something that boosts energy and confidence. I got the highest proof of it yesterday. May we all be victorious.
