Guys it took me 4 months to wake up early morning everyday… till last aug my timings were like sleep at 2 or 3 wake up at 9 or 10…

But eventually you will adopt don’t make drastic changes to sleep shift adopt it to slowly… or you will Strain your self and give up!!!

Remember you all are 1000 steps ahead as you have come here and started… Just only key point to follow…
Be persistent…

My brother switched off my phone in the night after I slept unknowingly. So the alarm doesn’t rang today. Today I slept early (10:45pm) but I got up at 8:30am only. When I woke up I was v.angry with him. But I forgave him. He is my little brother

(17.01.2021) - (DAY 7/10)

Prerequisites:

  1. Schedule detox at 11.00pm
  2. Stop Phone usage by 10.55pm
  3. Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
    before, through reminder.
  4. Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
    app.
  5. Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
  6. Completing all pending tasks before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.

@rewire_user My sleep cycle is really disturbed. I am not able to wake up before 9. It does not matter I sleep at 2am or 10pm. I end up waking up after 9 am. I feel so lazy then. Can you help me bhai??
