Nowadays, Even if someone tries to wake me up early, I don’t get up. I don’t know what is happening.
But I will try tomorrow to get up early.

I am just ruining my sleep cycle!
But I went to bed at 11 pm I was just lying, So urges started to come. So, I started to use my phone and in no time it was 3 30 am
I will go to sleep only when I am fully tired.
Also, I have two Goals now,
• Wake Up before 6 am
• Maximum sleep of 7 hours.

Slept late at 2 30am, So woke up at 8 30am.
But Yeah I achieved limited sleeping hours.

From Tomorrow Onwards, I am gonna wake up before 5am.
No matter what.
Even If my sleep is incomplete.
Or whatever maybe the reason.
I have made my productivity suffer due to this reason.
