I too fucked up today bro @rewire_user . Some personal issues going on. Went to sleep very late.
But don’t be discouraged. We are born to succeed.
Now, both of us are in the same position. But if we wake up late tomorrow then one of us will go in the front!!!

Don’t force or pressurise Yourself into waking up too early… Take baby steps… If ur a guy who hardly wakes up before 9 even 7 am counts as early.
Then fix up your sleep schedule. Sleep and wake up such that you get atleast 7 hours of sleep. Lesser sleep means more frustration and lethargy even if you wake up early

Tomorrow is a very important day. Every single second is precious. Only if I wake up at 5/4 I would be able to take 100% control of my time.
I’ll wake up at 5/4 tomorrow somehow. If I don’t then that means Iam the weakest person in this forum.

(Slept at 12.00am) Sleeping between - 10.30 to 11.00 PM
(Slept at 8.00pm) Waking up between - 5.00 to 5.30 AM
Woke up at 5.30 and slept again for few hours, need to improve the quality of sleep, so that i remain energetic throughout the day
(08.02.2021) - (DAY 1/7)
Prerequisites:
- Schedule detox at 11.00pm
- Stop Phone usage by 10.55pm
- Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
before, through reminder. - Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
app. - Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
- Completing all pending tasks by reminding myself about it constantly before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.
Sleeping between - 10.30 to 11.00 PM
Waking up between - 5.00 to 5.30 AM
Will Repost tomorrow, with results.
Exactly… Ensure it is minimum 7 hours… Deprived sleep in the long term is not good
