Just crossed Day 4 which i havent done for few years now. its getting harder and harder each passing day. My D is throbbing and I don’t feel good today

Oh my god its nearly 7 days and i cant tell you how much hard it is today. My D has become reddish and i want to relapse so much today but i am just holding up 
. Trying my best not even to touch it.

I relapsed. I couldnt concentrate on anything but sex so i had to.
