Start my 15 day

This morning I went to the hospital to check about my fever.
The doctor said I just had a normal fever.
huftttt…I am so happy to hear that.
I’m feeling better now but still feeling weak.

@Jaskeerat there can be a rule that if a contestant is eliminated by losing all his chances, then they can re-enter if they are able to achieve a 30 days streak? Just a suggestion

It is a good suggestion but I don’t guarantee to that particular contestant tha he will emerge as a winter soldier after January 1. Also by having a permanent elimination participants would’ve more aware about their actions.

But whenever i get that urges i just go outside or talk with friends or family it really fades urge,one thing that i did for good is i installed xblocker.that really helps.

To be honest i am having cold showers since last 2 years (also in winters), but this doesn’t help me as i told i face most of the urge during bath (cold shower), i don’t know about others but this dodn’t work for me , but you will have many other benefits, like good hair, alertness, glowing skin , increased blood circulation throughout the body
