I don’t just use it for dealing with urges, I also use it for my meditation which works quite well. Usually after relapsing I set the timer for 1 hour, and I close my eyes and take deep breaths which bounces me back after meditating for a whole hour, and every morning I set the timer for 30 minutes and do meditation for 30 minutes each day to help keep me in control.
