The Complete Guide to Quit Por.n for Good and Improve Your Life

@alexcoz600 Brooo… whoever wrote this post must be an keen observer or an doctor.
He wrote everything like it’s just an piece of cake.

I also agree this addiction is not built on days. But it’s best that we need to build an routine and be disciplined to our path.

Anyways at the end what matters is if we wasted our seed or didn’t.

“Abstinence is not recovery” I felt that after I broke my 87 days streak last month. The fact that one aspect of life due to which I get vulnerable to ■■■■ wasn’t fixed and it came to haunt me even after a streak of almost 3 months.

I was just making excuses that it’s because of PMO but Now I accept it’s all because of me I just got Relapsed you know why? Because I don’t change the way I live If I want to leave this addiction I need to Change the way I live Whenever I start doing some Changes in My life I see There is nothing happened it’s a waste whatever I don’t do it I can’t but this are all excuses Small changes can make a big Difference in our life In starting you won’t feel and see any changes but with continuous efforts you can actually see the changes Start journaling your thoughts what happened in your life why you are doing this and put small changes everyday after many days with Continuous efforts whenever you feel discouraged See the first page of your diary… See your Progress Chase your dreams with small steps Work on the Roots of your Problem Stop Running from Reality Accept it face it and Start doing work on yourself .

Thanks for resurfacing this. It really puts into perspective how futile it is to count days alone without any real change. Many of us are in a hole and making a good streak alone will not fix it. Whoever made this surely helped many here.

Came here after reading Easypeasy, it’s amazing what good reading materials there are on this forum.

What we crave isnt the orgasm, but that sexual expectation that we have let go out of hand

I agree that, while used as a motivational tool, we shouldn’t let the counter decide our fate. Willpower alone isn’t enough as we are all flawed human beings - what we should be working on primarily is resetting our ‘brainwashing’ and remember that ■■■■ doesn’t bring us anywhere closer to what we ACTUALLY want in life.

Thanks for the insightful read
