In the Last Weeks, this month, I caught in the Codependency trap. So, being plugged is pleausurable, While It’s Weakest signal of ‘’ Men’’

I personally experienced this kind of trap and what I advice you to do, is to take cold showers not only because of the benifits, but I would say: Experimenting.

This addiction prevents us from doing the things that we really want to do in life. But the more we push our selves to discomfort, the more we seek ourselves to discomfort, the more we open ourselves to a world full of possibilities. And for you, it might start by taking cold showers
