This challenge is for people who is planning to wake up on 4 AM on a daily basis. To keep things simple , there are no scoreboards and all . Only honesty is necessary

I’ll try my best. I want to be consistent 4AM riser.
Waking up in brahm muhurt means positivity, calmness, peace, happiness, motivation, purity
I complete 70% of my tasks when I wake up at 4.
So yeah let’s start this with the holy name of the God

I’m in. 4 AM is pretty easy for me.
Btw, if this challenge goes well, let’s extend this to also sleeping early in night like sleep by 10:30/11.
Yeah sleeping early is also a factor in this challenge in an indirect way. Since waking up at that time is pretty easy for u , I am quite afraid u are sleep deprived in general. Hope u take some naps in leisure hours
Exactly by afternoon I am actually like zombie sleep deprived. That’s why I would also extend it for myself to sleep by 11 pm!
I sleep at 10 pm and awake at 4AM

Was not able to wake up at 4 AM , Woke up at 5.15 am. Decent Start.
Woke up at 4AM but again slept
Today - 6 AM
Last year i woke up at 3:45 for 5 months without any alarms but now i cant do it. I avoided coffee, sugar totally , naps at afternoon but nothing works.
When I put an alarm at 4 a.m and get up at that time for an enough amount of time, my body automatically gets used to it and I start waking up at 3:55 or 3:59 by myself without an alarm. Try sleeping at the same hour every day and practice waking and actually getting up with the alarm and hopefully your body will get used to it.
Yes. I sleep everyday at 1pm. I am trying to bring it earlier.
