Did cold shower when I had urge,
Having brain fog and struggling to focus on study

Day - 3, daily goal - 70%, urges 1, rating 6.
Went to library to study. Despite less focus kept studying.
@rohankians Keep studying even when brain fog is there.
Day 1,Daily goal 100%,urges-0, Rating 9/10.
Did exercise,watched tv a little bit, completely tried to give focus on studies and sat for studies 8hrs but only studied 5:30 hrs.
Hope to increase these goals on 2nd day.

@raushan I had a relapse two days back and let me tell you what I observed from my past relapses, when we get urges more than three times and if it last more than 2 hrs on one single day, then it will not go away even if we do single walk, meditate, go out and sleep. On the immediate day it will bounce back with double strength and causing a relapseā¦
To get rid of it follow this, urge needs to be satisfied since we were extra addiction simple walking or meditation is unable to solve this in our intial daysā¦
I found out a solution after reading lot of blogs and from other fourm, this is especially for people like us who are unable to cross 21 days mark without struggleā¦
Answer is simple do hard tiring, high intensity cardio excercise for 30 mins, like running, sprints, squats, shuttle runs, with min 30 sec gapsā¦ Those 30 mins will pump your heart like anything, you will be sweating and blood keeps rushing in veinsā¦ so day after your urge will be eaten up by excercise and take a cool shower laterā¦ Trust me it really helpsā¦
