I have recently noticed that guys on NoFap / NoPMO tend to relapse more during off days (sundays or holidays) than during working rush hour days. It is because an unfocused mind is the devil’s workshop. That devil (i.e. addiction) starts to insidiously take over control of your mind and then it’s too late, you are already done with one or several relapses. By the time the day is gone and you are ready for sleeping, you realize you wasted your Rewire Badge and you are back to zero. Therefore, keep yourselves busy with productive activities. Never stay idle.

Yes thats the main problem for me from last complete year. This time I’m planning to deal with my off days and im going to keep my mind busy.
