Hey, i have this really … strange habit of getting nervous with no reason, i doubt what i’m going to do, like now i have a fear of going to the gym althought it’s something i’m doing for 2 years now … Can someone explain it ?
Sounds like some form of anxiety
You mentioned fear, described being nervous, but it really sounds like anxiety. Those three emotional states are different, so there’s a lot to unpack here. For the sake of simplicity, I’m going to only use the term anxiety.
Is it only at the gym? What if you’re at the gym and no one else is there, do you still feel the anxiety? What if you’re at a public place, such as a coffee shop or baseball stadium, with other people?
One suggestion might be to take note of places or things that trigger the anxious feelings for a week, or however long you want, and then see if you notice any patterns.
