I was having exams bro 
. Now exams are over. Cant expect to study that much for a couple of days. But I’ll try my best. Going to library helps a lot. These days , I spent 13 hours at library. With like minded people there , you will get motivation to study.
Also helps with No fap , Cannot watch P there and everyone are wearing formal - semi formal outfits. So that prevents unnecessry urges.
