I would like to invite each and everyone who are continuously facing defeat in this journey to take an alternate approach of focussing on building new habits rather than just focusing on just nofap. But in essence nofap will be our ultimate goal but our approach towards achieving that goal will be by an alternate way that will make it easier.
So I am proposing that we download just 2 apps for this journey and stick to doing the activities on these two apps for the next 30 days irrespective of you failing in nofap.
I am going to follow these 2 apps for the next 30 days and keep you guys updated on how it’s looking. People who want to join in and join in as well.
