Stress turns into watching porn

Now a days i am doing a job busy life yet masturbate.help me and suggest to early sleep so i can get rid of such habit?

I will take a guess and say it is job related stress. Idk how is your usual day, but maybe planing of your day could be helpfull, also meditation or just sorting out your thoughts might help to reduce stress. It would be helpfull to have more info, but it seems that masturbating is “escape” and “calming” technique for you and you need to replace it with something different.

Stress is trigger for me as well. I managed to set up daily routine and it helped a lot. Wake up around 7AM, morning hygiene, meditation, day life and at evening exercise (optional - I am not working out each day) and before bed journaling and evening meditation. I meditate usually for 10 - 15 minutes and sometime not even that, but it helped me sort and calm my mind so I am not that stressfull during day and not waking up that much during night and my sleep is better.

Maybe try something from that or maybe someone else will have different idea.

Obviously not, you are in this forum it shows that you want to quit this addiction.
But it’s not that much easy brother as it look.
Just committing and taking up challenges that you won’t fap. Don’t help too much. While you are fapping you don’t let your mind to remind yourself what side-effects masturbation causes, how it ruins your brain.
Your body, your health and your immune system.
I have seen many people they know everything about the side effects of watching and masturbating, but still they struggle to make 1 or 2 week streak. And I was one of those.

Brother, the only thing which will help you is serious commitment and patience many people have took years to deal with this and are now with a great streak.
You have to be serious about nofap,
And it will not come by just committing.
You have to take actions. Take action, research about people who are freed from addiction.
Read books, the easy peasy hackbook, I don’t know what power this book has but I have heard many people leaving this addiction after reading this.
The two most important things to understand are,

☆ Develop hate towards Pon, the womens which do these things doesn’t enjoy these things at all, see the interviews of the pon stars they humiliated the whole industry.

☆ A strong reason “WHY” ,
One of my friends in this forum who has one of the largest streaks in this app 1000+ days, he said his reason was the hairfall which was increased due to loss of essential vitamins during ejaculation. And draining health and increasing laziness, everyone has their own reason.

The reason why I wrote this much long post, is anyone who is reading this must be freed from this addiction in 2020, and they should not take this filthy habit in 2021.
