This is not my first time of writing a diary. I came here on August 20,2021. Till now, I’m happy with this community. I wrote many posts, shared many contents, gave many advices, expressed many thoughts, releived many freinds until now. Still I’m doing these. Today, on February 2nd, I’m wishing to turn a new page for me. I wish to make this as a new habit. Record my daily actions, and the positive vibes, incidents, journals here. Everything gonna be alright. Stay positive, stay humble.

Day 1 (February 1)

How was your morning routine?
Morning routines gone so well.

Did you wake up on time?
I’m very lazy in waking up early. But however I did it. I woke up on 5.30am.

Did you go to bed on time?
It was too fine. I gone to bed at sharp 10.00 pm.:rofl::rofl:
How was your sleep quality?
Sleep was good as always.

How was your energy leverl?
My lips are cracked and feel dryness. So I’m very disturbed. So i wasn’t able to measure my energy level.

How was your diet?
I had healthy foods and drink plenty of water.

How was your fitness routine?
I wasn’t able to do it. Beacuse i was very much exhausted.

Did you meditated?
No.

Did you spend time for reading?
Yes.

Day 2 (February 2)

How was your morning routine?
I did my routunes on time and perfectly to improve my discipline.

Did you wake up on time?
I’ve already said that, I’m very lazy in walking up early. But my father called me on 5.40. So I woke on 5.40am :neutral_face:

Did you go to bed on time?
I’m very perfect in that. I gone to bed at sharp 10.00pm :rofl::rofl:

How was your sleep quality?
Sleep quality was good as always. But sleeping time is very less. It’s only 7hrs. I’ve to increase it to min 9hrs :rofl::rofl::rofl:

How was your energy leverl?
Yea, yesterday was good and my energy was very normal.

How was your diet?
Diet was also fine. I drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

How was your fitness routine?
According to my fitness, I’m out the track. I did only 10 pushups.

Did you meditated?
Yes, I prefer a five minute calm meditation with a calm audio.

Did you spend time for reading?
Yes. I like to read in my mobile. Yesterday i read a page of an english book before when I go to bed.

Yea, I’m a proffesional Keyboardist. I usually produce bgms :notes: and tracks for paid projects. Also I’m working with some music bands and also I’ve a band named Rainbow. In that we have a violin, drums, guitar and a keyboard(me). We often get some mega projects and local works also. Any I’m happy with that. I’m not a DJ. But i often makes some DJ tracks and beats in Keyboard :musical_keyboard:So my freinds named me as DJ Alan. So I took it here :rofl::rofl::grin:I do play piano also… I will share my videos link to you personally when i upload it in youtube :rofl:It takes 2,3 months because my cam primary lens got complaint. I haven’t enough money to buy a new one right now. It may takes some time. I’m planning to buy a new I phone 13. It will be very useful to take my videos and also can be used as phone…

Day 3 (February 3)

How was your morning routine?
Yesterday I was more pleasant than the day before. I did my routines on time.

Did you wake up on time?
Yes. I woke up at 5.30am. I’ve noticed that, it’s not a heavy task.

Did you go to bed on time?
Yea, I’ve gone to bed at 10.00pm after my reading session.

How was your sleep quality?
It’s good as always.

How was your energy leverl?
Energy level was 7/10.

How was your diet?
Yea that too gone good.

How was your fitness routine?
Yesterday I just took a jogging or warm up session.

Did you meditated?
Yes. I did meditation for 5 min in the early morning.

Did you spend time for reading?
Yea. I’ve read a page of the book named power over pornography. Now I’ve completed 14 pages of it. It’s very effective book. They introduce many new plans and strategies.

Day 4 (February 4)

How was your morning routine?
I did my routines on time.Ot was quite good.

Did you wake up on time?
Yes. I woke up at 5.00am.

Did you go to bed on time?
Yea, I’ve gone to bed at 10.00pm after my reading session.

How was your sleep quality?
It was good.

How was your energy leverl?
Energy level was 6/10.

How was your diet?
Diet was not good at all.

How was your fitness routine?
Yesterday I didn’t find time for workouts.

Did you meditated?
Yes. I did meditation for 5 min in the early morning.

Did you spend time for reading?
Yea. I’ve read a page of an English book.

Day 1

Now it’s a restoration period. **I’ve relapsed a day before yesterday. I got a 5 days streak for the last time.**It’s not very bad in this case. Because i was too adicticted in the last 2 months. I can’t even complete 1 day. I was very depressed and was shame of that. On February 1,I had reinstalled this app and started it again. I got a liitle streak, after a long dip. I didn’t fall into the chaser effect, :muscle:after the last relapse. So Now I’m on Day 1. It will increase. :fire::fire::fire:

Again Got relapsed due to a peek. But my strength is still in my vein. Will be back.

It was good quite.

I was little active.

Mmm, yea it was not bad.

I’m not care about my fitness care. Because I want a little bit more height. So I’m concentrating on taking pull ups.

Today I was much care about my physique. I did some kind of pull ups, and then did three types of push ups, stretching excercises, squats etc

Not yet done, but will do at night before sleep.

Today urges was strong. In the normal case, i fall in that and regret after my relapse. But today, I rise above it. I controlled my urges and didn’t act upon it. Any way day 3…

Sleep quality was good enough.

Today, I had my regular offline class. So, during our free periods I played cricket :cricket_bat_and_ball:with my freinds, with bat as a book and the ball is a paper ball rounded with some rubber bands.:joy::joy: I’m not well in cricket. But unfortunately got 6×3 + 4×4 = 34 runs :joy::joy:( I won in a match)

Today I did
• Pushups × 10
• Diamond pushups × 10
• Warmup round
• Stretching

:white_check_mark: Did you meditated?
Yes, I did meditation for 5 minutes :man_in_lotus_position:t2: at early morning. From tommorow, I’m planning to do it also in the evening.

Yes, I’m going to do that.

Day 1 :balloon:

I wasn’t able to connect here the forum. Because suddenly I changed my device into an iphone. Some know that , in ios we don’t get rewire companion app. It’s a bad thing for me. So @rewireproject the technicals pls find a solution for it. It’s my humble request. Our freinds including whom using iOS devices were not able to use the day counting rewire companion app. But through google we can connect with forum. I really thanks for that. Any way that was the prblm for me to update my streak.
Today onwards i will resume my past projects streak diaries etc. Thank you @Finding_Myself @Joosh and my dearest freinds for enquiring about my abscence in here. Thank you :pray:

Of course man! Would never forget about you. But if I may, a word of advice: You don’t need that day counter. What you need is a mindset, and a lifestyle. Because no amount of days will really give you what you need. Maybe you’ll reset the dopamine receptors in your brain after day 90 or whatnot, but the slip option is always there, and that’s where that lifestyle comes into play.

That’s just my opinion and take it as you will, but I hope that made some sense to you.
