Its never been porn addiction. You are not addicted by porn. You are addicted to your thoughts, you take pleasure in entertaining certain kind of thoughs. Its all about thoughts, you get turned on by a thought. It cant be the porn addiction, ask someone who works in porn industry they dont get turn on, they have to take the pills to get hard. Its fuckin normal for them to see sex and naked people. Show the porn to an african tribe who lives naked he will never get turn on because throughout his life he have only seen naked people. So stop supressing things and war against porn and addiction. Just simply accept the fact that it is there, not good or bad its just being as it should be. Thats the only way to overcome something by normalizing it. Accept it with the open eyes and if you have to fap, fap but not to thoughts or feelings. Just fap,observe yourself, observe the images, observe whats happening. Why it is turning you on, dont condemn saying it good or bad just watch it carefully. You will fall in love with a car once you get it love is gone. The things you tottaly accept as your own dont get attention anymore, thats how mind works. Seek the understanding, it will drop by its own.
You’re not getting it. It’s not food. It’s lust and when it’s taken by a teenager he craves for more. You’re comparing culture with porn. It’s not same. Porn is polished to be attractive. Only thing which stop you from watching it is not getting bored of it. It’s pied and other maladies which make you stop using it. Once you feel a little better you crave more. So please don’t give advice to watch more in order to get bored of it.
