This challenge is super hard. For me it’s much harder than noPMO. Put blockers everywhere, so you have some time to resist the urges.
I’ve really struggled with it recently, more so than p too.
It’s good to be realistic and remember we are in repair, and take the wise necessary precautions, but it’s also good to remind ourselves it can and is very easy especially when we’re not alone.
Exercise makes everything easy
That being said, today was fucked up.
I’m definitely proud of myself so far.
Tomorrow I’m definitely going to exercise hard in the morning at 6 am. It is the only way I can make things work.
