For Mobile, I recommend, Lock me Out, Or Stay Focused, Remarkably powerful apps, Stay Focused Can block all sites of Your choice, Block search words,To name a few, also To prevent Changing settings or uninstalling you can Activate Strict Mode, to block such function with a timer to expire at a certain date, or set an Incredibly Long Password,

For Pc, So Far I use Time Lock Software, auto Locks Pc for a Certain time Frame, Looking to add K9 web protection or Qustodio, both Highly Recommended.

Also, Check Out Pluckeye browser, Does not Display Images or Load Videos, could come in handy With No PMO Related Research.

I use blocksite app, paid version, on mobile and laptop. It synchronizes the black list between devices.

Yesterday and today - no JDC. I also prevent myself from browsing sites that are good, but not needed right now, as an escape routine. Good results today.

I have just relapsed on my noJDC 10 days streak. After lunch was feeling good and decided to browse financial sites thatā€™s are in block list. Entered password and did browsing for 30min before realizing the relapse.

OK,I start from scratch noJDC . My lesson: after lunch is very vulnerable time, Mind is in a very slow unskillful state, prone to relapses.

But my NoPMO streak is very good, soon 100,I feel strong there, no urges lately.

Most JDC Relapses happens at noon or late at night, these periods are usually Idle, extra caution is a necessity during this periods.
