Some help? My balls hurt

Hello guys. Im here at my 9th day of my journey. But i have a little problem: My testicles are becoming big (but what’s bad in that?), they are starting to hurt.
I know this happens during the process of reebot. But I want to ask you a question: Do you know some way to absorb semen? I wont edge or masturbate (that rlly hurts), but also i dont want to have a wet dream (it feels like a relapse).

You can’t force or trick your body to remove more semen than it already does.
(semen gets destroyed and reproduced in a certain time period)

why should a wet dream be a relapse? you can’t choose to have one or better not have one.
